am to enquire whether it could be handed over to the

Admiralty as was done in the case of the reservoir

constructed in 1876.

Their Lordships would also be glad to learn

whether the present gathering ground, which is understood

to be an uninhabited and uncultivated area will continue

to be available, and if it is probable that' it will remain

free from contamination.
